Pool Maintenance Service
For homeowners who need their swimming pool maintained on a regular basis. Tasks include:
- Water testing and analysis
- Chemical application and balancing
- Regular inspection of pool equipment
- Adjust pump scheduling as needed
- Filter backwashing as needed
- Skimmer and pump basket cleanings
- Empty cleaner bag / leaf canister
- Portable vacuum cleaning as needed
- Brushing of walls, steps, swim outs
- Leaf blow pool deck as needed
- Skimming of debris from water
- Service report after each visit

Filter Maintenance Service
For homeowners who need their pool's filtration unit professionally cleaned. Tasks include:
- Disassemble, inspect, and clean filter tank and internal elements
- Inspect, clean, and lubricate filter components and o-rings
- Cartridge filters: Utilize Cycle Filter Cleaner to effectively remove dirt, algae, and debris
- DE filters: Recharge filtration systems with appropiate amount of diatomaceous earth
- Record before and after filter pressure with pump running at 3450 RPMs
- Only avaiable for pools with cartridge or diatomaceous earth filtration systems
Starting at $175 per unit.
Twice-Monthly
Service
- Service based on 24-week work schedule
- Two service visits per month, priced at $70 per visit
- Filter Maintenance Services NOT included
- Only available from October through March, or pools with saltwater generators

Weekly
Service
- Service based on 48-week work schedule
- Four service visits per month, priced at $45 per visit
- Filter Maintenance Services NOT included
- Four non-service weeks: Thanksgiving week, Christmas week, one week of January, one week in February

- Same service schedule as Weekly Service PLUS Filter Maintenance Services
- Four filter services per year, priced at $120 per service
- Filter services scheduled for every three months
- NOT available for pools with sand filtration systems

Sand Media Replacement
Replace media and laterals in sand filter units to increase filtration efficiency and circulation.
Salt Generator Maintenance
Acid-clean salt generator, lubricate union o-rings, and test salinity level to ensure efficient chlorine generation and sanitation.

Repair or replace non-working equipment to keep your pool from turning green. Equipment includes:
- Variable speed pumps
